Mary Elizabeth Waddell Sadd (great, great, great granddaughter of Moses Waddel and daughter of William Waddell) and her husband, Randy Sadd, will fund this scholarship through an annual cash gift beginning in April 2016. The Table Athens, Inc. requests that this gift be made by March 1 of each subsequent year so that the scholarship can be appropriately publicized and due diligence can be performed on applications prior to graduation.

The Table Athens, Inc. will administer all funds. Funds may be prepaid in any amount and will be kept in the money market account designated specifically for the Waddell Scholarship, where they not be used for any other purpose. The Table Athens, Inc. has been granted 501(c)3 Subordinate Unit status of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and all contributions to this scholarship are tax deductible (TIN 58-1878398).
